At Dandy's Topsoil & Landscape Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden transformation. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for all non-perishable landscape materials within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Our Support Team

  Email or call our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to initiate the authorization process.

• 2.
  Prepare Goods for Collection

  Ensure that bulk bags remain sealed and loose loads are accessible; items must be in their original delivered state and location for our fleet to retrieve them.

• 3.
  Schedule Vehicle Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a date for our specialized Hiab lorries to collect the materials from your property, subject to a standard haulage recovery fee.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our yard team inspects the returned goods to confirm quality, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, minus any applicable transport costs.
