How is my topsoil or gravel delivered?
Most orders are delivered using a large crane-arm (hiab) vehicle. The driver will aim to drop the bulk bags as close to your requested location as possible, provided there is safe access and no overhead obstructions.
Do you offer next-day delivery on landscape supplies?
Yes, we offer a nationwide next-day delivery service on many of our products if ordered before our daily cutoff time. Please check the delivery calculator at checkout for specific dates available in your area.
How much topsoil do I need for my project?
We recommend using our online 'Quantity Calculator' to find the exact amount. Generally, one bulk bag (approx. 1 tonne) covers about 30 square meters at a depth of 25mm.
Is your topsoil screened and free from debris?
Absolutely. All our topsoil is professionally screened to remove large stones and debris, ensuring a fine, workable consistency that is perfect for turfing, planting, or seeding.
Can I return unused bulk bags?
Due to the nature of bulk materials and the high cost of specialized transport, we can only accept returns on unopened bags within 14 days. Return haulage fees will apply.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay for a secure checkout.
